My favorite book of 2012 was Nation by Terry Pratchett. It was published earlier, but I haven't read any that were published last year yet.

I plan to get The Goddess Inheritance by Aimee Carter. Along with a bunch of other great books releasing in 2013! At the end of 2012 I read The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden by Jessica Sorensen and fell in love with that book. The next book in that series is due to release this year so that will be another purchase on my list that continues to get larger daily!

ReplyDeleteI actually bought several of the books from your list. Most notably: Mara Dyer, Wither, Across the Universe, Anna Dressed in Blood. I think my favorite from your list would have to be either Anna Dressed in Blood or The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer.

There's a lot of books from that list that I want to read: Grave Mercy, The Diviners, Shadow and Bone, Legend; Matched, Wither, Cinder, Across The Universe, Heist Society, The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight, The Unbecoming Of Mara Dyer, Under the Never Sky. . .

I loved Divergent, one of my favorite books from last year. I liked Lola and the boy next door, didn't love it, but liked it.
But my favorite 2012 book was by a mile The Fault in Our Stars.
I would probably pick For Darkness Shows the Stars. My favorite from the list is so hard to pick! It's like a five-way tie of books I adore equally! If I must choose then I guess I'll pick the one I've read the most out of the bunch which is Fire. :)
