Hello, friends! I hope y'all are anticipating the third Lunar Chronicles novel. It is by far my favorite of the series. The stakes are raised a lot, the plot threaded with several twists and turns, and Meyer handles the subplots and main plot quite well. Cress is a great heroine, and the romance between her and Thorne is as funny as it is sweet. Here's my review of this book, and get excited because I'm giving away my ARC! (International, ends 01/29).

    I've been dying to get my hands on a copy for months! My favorite genres are sci-fi and fairy tale retellings, so The Lunar Chronicles are my favorite series.

    I guess it's a great re-tellings of stories that i grew up with. Marissa gave them a nice twist that I found myself enjoying.

    I absolutely loved Cinder and Scarlet,so I'm really excited to read this one as well. Besides loving Meyer's writing, it's also always interesting to read re-telling of classic tales.

    What aren't I excited for about this book? I read and liked Cinder, really loved Scarlet, and then read a short sample of Cress and fell in love. I am really excited to see how the plot thickens in this installment, and how exactly Cinder and the gang can keep their planet safe from the Lunars.

    I love the Lunar Chronicles series not only are they amazing and futuristic retellings of classic fairytales but they are adventure that I want to continue reading till the end. The first 5 chapters posted as a teaser have killed me I can't wait for more Cress/Thorne interaction and Iko interacting with everyone.

    The Lunar Chronicles is actually one of those series I highly regret starting before the whole series is out. Because of this, I refuse to read book 2 until I have book 3 in my hands. Book 1 had so many twists and turns and left me with so many questions (which I love) that I cannot justify torturing myself with book 2 when book 3 is not here for me to read immediately after.

    I love fairytale retellings and I fell in love with Marissa Meyer's books. Her characters and the storyline in each book are awesome and the way she related each of them together is awesome :) Also, I'm dying to meet Rapunzel, all the reviews I've read have mentionned only good thingd about her.     I am so extremely excited about Cress for a number of reasons. The Lunar Chronicles is an amazingly unique series, and I love reading about it. Rapunzel is one of my favourite fairytales (and not just because people call me Rapunzel). And Marissa Meyer is one of the best authors out there right now!

    OH MY GOD! I love this series so much and I just realized this book is coming out on my birthday! :D As you know, Christina, retellings are my absolute favorite and this set is absolutely the best by far (well, them and ENTWINED). Plus, Rapunzel has always been my favorite princess.

    I have always and forever loved the Lunar Chronicles, and having Cress out already gets me sooo giddy!!! I will tell my people of it and I will read (well, as soon as I win it.. LOL) AND I WILL BE SCREAMING TO THE WORLD ABOUT MY LUNARCY! Altho, im not sure that's legal in these parts! <3
